At Fancymake, customer satisfaction is always our top priority.
If you are not satisfied with the items you received, we can easily arrange an exchange or a refund for you. We are here to help! Please feel free to submit a ticket if you have any issue with your order! 

How to start a return?

① Email to customer service : service@fancymake.com before you return any goods.

  • *FAULTY ITEMS: Please send us your order number, describe the issue and send us a photo(s) showing the fault.
  • *CHANGE OF MIND/DO NOT LIKE ITEM: Please send us your order number and tell us the reason for return.
  • *ITEM DOESN'T FIT: Please send us your order number, the measurements of the garment you received and the size on the package or garment.

②Get autorization from Customer Service.
③Get refund to your payment account

  • *TRACKING NUMBER is required to complete the return. It will facilitate for us to track your return status and process your return.

④Take your refund/exchange when the package is received.

Return & Exchange conditions

  1. Orders are able to be canceled and refunded before shipping. As it has started shipping, what you need to do is waiting for your parcel delivery then start a return.
  2. Easy to initiate a refund or exchange in 30 days after delivery.
  3. Items must be in original unworn condition (you may try the garment on, but do not wear it outside).
  4. If you have chosen the wrong size/color or do not like the item (item is not faulty) please contact us to arrange a return. You can return to our China Factory, you are responsible for all shipping charges incurred on returned/exchanged merchandise. 
  5. For Europe and the United States, we will be responsible for the package that has not arrived for more than 35 days.
  6. If your garment doesn't fit please contact us telling us the bust/waist/length measurements of the item you received and the size on the label or package. We ask that you check measurements carefully before purchase so we will deal with this on a case by case basis. As noted in the listings, garments are measured by hand, so please allow for a possible small difference to the chart.
